Line Reactors are Connected in series with the incoming power supply line and is recommended when the power supply is more than 600kVA, 10 times the Drive capacity, unbalanced or when power factor is poor. Load Reactors are used for operating ‘Non-Drive duty’ Motors or when the length of wiring between the Drive and Motor exceeds 50 metres (can consider from 25 metres).
