The 60-120TPH alluvial gold washplant is a production scale machine that requires a +20 ton excavator to feed. The complete plant is on a single frame with skids that makes it semi-mobile over rough terrain. No generator required. Clients see 10 micron particles in our mats! Repeated tests proved that there is no benefit using centrifugal concentrators, shaker/James tables or reverse helix trommels instead of our hi-tech sluice mats.Maintenance is an absolute minimum and limited to normal pipework repair, pump servicing etc. All our washplants come as complete mining kit including basic tools & spares. Clients can normally acquire spares locally.Our washplants don’t need any generator thus eliminating numerous risks, logistics & cost.We understand the African terrain that alluvial gold miners face VERY WELL! Our 456-mould hydraulicly operated candle moulding machine is designed for the continuous manufacture of household fluted or smooth candles. This machine features a superior solid construction, with a 456 candle machine weighing 1,500 kilograms. Key Selling points include high pressure die-cast LM6 aluminum moulds, which are fully interchangeable. We offer a range of candle sizes from 25 grams to 75grams, fluted or smooth candles, with 25 distinct mould sizes to cater for the diverse market demands.Cycle times are 3 to 5 cycles per hour depending on candle size and wax type. Average production at 4 cycles per hour would be 456 x 4 = 1,824 candles. Using two robust hydraulic cylinders ensures effortless candle production.Additionally we offer wax heating solutions, encompassing a spectrum from compact to large wax melting tanks and pumped wax systems, for simpler hot wax dispensing. Pricing for smaller machines and systems can be provided upon request.We also manufacture an 80-mould machine as well as a 160-mould machine which feature interchangeable moulds and are constructed with the same heavy-duty steel as our larger 456-mould units. No cheap flimsy materials are used, only tried and tested types developed over many years are used.
