Description

KZN's largest Vodacom Retail Franchisee is looking for a Dynamic HR Assistant with exceptional people skills to support the Human Resources department at the Head offices in Montclair.

The ideal candidate must have experience with HR procedures & can multitask. Ultimately you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.


Responsibilities:

Create, organize & maintain personnel records for all employees

Update internal databases (e.g. leave, late coming, uniforms, punctuality)

Prepare HR documents eg. employment contracts, Inductions packs & other onboarding documents

Manage & maintain Uniforms & Badges with vendors

Liaise with external partners, Time/Telephone management vendors when needed

Create regular reports & presentations on HR matrix

Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information

Assist with monthly appraisals, print certificates & stats for management

Manage all Staff messages

Manage group time management daily

Manage & auditing of telephone management systems daily

Updating all Staff Development groups daily

Processing acceptance of resignation or termination letters

Preparing exits, conducting all exit interviews and archiving Termination packs

Manage group staff rosters

Tracking of motor vehicle fleet (10) with weekly reporting on abuse & violations


Requirements:

Proven work experience as HR Assistant or relevant role to improve & implement strong HR systems & processes

Experience with HR software

Computer literacy (Advanced Excel, Power point, Outlook)

Tech savvy & ability to learn Time management software easily

Excellent organizational skills to prioritize important projects

Strong phone, email & in person communication skills

Excellent verbal & written communications skills

Ability to learn & have understanding of the differences between various roles within Organization with Teamwork skills

Honest and Trustworthy & willing to go the extra mile

Experience in Retail time management & rosters

Tenacious/ persistent personality


Details:

Monday to Saturday - Must be flexible to manage deadlines

Must have own vehicle
