My client is seeking to employ a Recruitment Co-Ordinator to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will guide and manage employee recruitment and be responsible for induction, training, performance management and off-boarding.

HR Degree/Diploma

4-5 Years’ Experience in HR related field, ideally with recruitment, creating contracts, offers

Driver’s License

South African Citizen

Duties include:


Assist with recruitment of new staff

Assist managers in identifying staffing needs and remuneration

Identify competencies for position

Compile and place advertisements

Liaise with recruitment agency as required

Conduct interviews

Follow up on references

Ensure that all necessary documents are completed (application forms, interview assessment forms etc.)

Prepare appointment documentation

Coordinate induction of new staff

Oversee development and implementation of induction process for all new staff

Performance management

Develop and implement process

Maintain performance management system

Oversee implementation of performance management system

File all performance appraisal documents

Coordinate feedback

Schedule annual performance appraisals

Ensure preparation by all managers and staff

Assist with feedback discussions when required

Process data

Process information generated by performance feedback process

Identify trends and needs

Make recommendations for staff development and performance management

Identify correct salary levels/changes

Facilitate attention to issues raised to improve performance

Training and development

Training needs analysis

Identify training needs of staff

Identify competency requirements of the organisation

Training Management

Develop training plan

Assist with career planning for all staff Develop and submit Workplace Skills plan

Coordinate annual training of all staff

Align training with BEE strategy


Coordinate off-boarding of employees (Resignations, terminations)

Oversee development and implementation of off-boarding process for all new staff
