Description
My client is looking for a skilled Learning and Development Manager to work in partnership with the company to ensure we deliver on our values by creating a learning culture. Experience within the Food Safety Industry will be advantageous but not mandatory. The successful incumbent will be responsible for leading Training and Development initiatives for the Group according to the workplace skills plan. Content development is a major focus.

Salary is market related and is based on your current CTC and the specific skills, exposure and experience you have that is desired and or advantageous. Offices are located in the Milnerton, Century City area. All CVs to be sent to melissa@bluedesk.co.za

Job Requirements:
Great presentation skills
8 years of experience in Training and Development and or similar type roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in running targeted development programs
Good knowledge of the training/learning programmes
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Knowledge of E-Learning development systems, tools and resources
Knowledge of Training Spent related to SETA Statutory Grants and BBBEE.

Qualification:
Three (3) year Diploma or Degree
Assessor or Skills Development Facilitator / similar and or relevant certification will be advantageous
