The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of labour legislation, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to handle sensitive HR matters with confidentiality and professionalism. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate on boarding and induction processesMaintain accurate HR records, files, and employee documentationPrepare HR letters (warnings, confirmations, promotions, transfers)Support employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance processesAssist with performance management and probation trackingCoordinate training and maintain training recordsCapture monthly payroll inputs and assist with payroll queriesEnsure HR compliance with labour laws and company policiesAssist with Employment Equity reportingAdminister benefits and manage employee leaveHandle resignations, terminations, and exit interviewsRequirements Diploma/Degree in Human Resources25 years HR generalist experienceStrong knowledge of SA Labour LawExcellent communication and administrative skillsProficiency in MS Office and HRIS systemsHigh level of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism
