Human Resource Manager

Our client, a leading transport and logistics company in Bloemfontein is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support their growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing HR functions, promoting positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labour legislation while contributing to the overall success of our clients' operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant HR qualification (Diploma or Degree)
• CCMA and IR experience a must
• 5 years’ experience in a similar Human Resource or Industrial Relations role
• Strong grasp of South African labour legislation, Human Resources policies and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• High level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information

Renumeration:

R30 000 - R35 000 Cost to Company
