Roles and Responsibilities

Deliver qualified candidate CVs to clients in a timely and professional manner. Conduct proactive candidate sourcing and headhunting across US, Europe, Asia, and North America. Manage client and candidate relationships via phone-first interactions, supported by digital communication. Follow detailed internal processes for CRM, administration, and reporting. Engage senior stakeholders in industries such as Hardware Advancement, Automation, Engineering, Electrical Design, Manufacturing, Semiconductors, and Operations. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter Lite/Pro and other sourcing tools effectively.

Requirements: Proven experience in technical recruitment and headhunting. Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple client and candidate interactions. Strong phone communication skills; digital communication proficiency. Experience with detailed CRM processes, reporting, and administration. Exposure to recruiting in US, Europe, Asia, or North America markets. Familiarity with senior stakeholder engagement and technical industries listed above.
