It is not easy to find apartments in Morningside with a garage and 2 additional parking and this is a must for you and visitors.
Low maintenance and running costs are a bonus. The balcony is huge so we created extra undercover sunroom space with Sunflex fold away safety glass. This creates an open plan living area from inside to outside so you don't feel claustrophobic in apartment style living. The apartment must be viewed to be appreciated. We purchased and renovated it to be close to Livingstone Primary which is also walking distance away. The complex has a night guard for added security to the residents.
