As it is full title you can stay as long as you wish. There is NO TRANSFER DUTY.

Both spacious bedrooms are en-suite one with a bath the other with a shower.
The spacious open plan lounge dining and kitchen are well appointed and furnished. From the lounge and the bedrooms there is direct access to the covered deck where you can sit on the lovely wrought iron table and chair set, and enjoy a braai on the weber provided (all included), or sundowner, of your choice. The water front is a minutes walk away with a boat launching slipway. There is an opportunity to hire a jetty from Parks board, if needed.

The entertainment area consists of a heated pool with a separate kiddes pool, Jungle Jim with slide; a jacuzzi; games room with pool, table tennis, mini-soccer and other games. There is a great communal braai area to entertain the family and guests.
