The two smaller sunny bedrooms also have built-in cupboards and the second bathroom has a large bath, toilet, basin and shower. The kitchen has a built-in stove and gas-hob. There is a large open plan living and dining room with a fireplace for cosy winter evenings. The dining room also doubles as a sun room with its large north facing windows. The front garden is for exclusive use by the main house tenant and the back garden with the pool is shared between the tenant and the owner. There is also plenty of safe off-street parking available inside the walled property. The granny flat (studio flat with separate entrance) which is included in the main house rental is next to the pool and includes a bathroom/shower and kitchenette.
