The property also has a double garage and an outdoor storeroom, and these are not for rent, but storage space could be made available for the main house tenant if needed.

The large main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and large built-in cupboards. The two smaller sunny bedrooms also have built-in cupboards and the second bathroom has a large bath, toilet, basin and shower. The kitchen has a built-in stove and gas-hob. There is a large open plan living and dining room with a fireplace for cosy winter evenings. The dining room also doubles as a sun room with its large north facing windows. The front garden is for exclusive use by the main house tenant and the back garden with the pool is shared between the tenant and the owner. There is also plenty of safe off-street parking available inside the walled property. What is included:

- Rates and taxes are the property owner's responsibility.

- Garden care and pool maintenance is included in the rent and will be done by our existing gardener.

- Extra services like Fibre internet, Alarm/security, and DSTV are not included. There is an alarm system in the main house which can be connected at the tenants cost, and a fibre internet line. How these can be used or shared needs to be discussed.

- There is an active Golden Acre Neighborhood Watch that the tenants can have access to.

Deposit:

One & a half months rent as a deposit and one months rent upfront.

The tenants will need to provide 3 months pay-slips or bank statements and references from past landlords.
