This rustic renovated off-grid labourers cottage on the most beautiful little apricot farm in the entire Karoo, set just above the farm dam is cozy and homely. There is an en suite bedroom with a queen bed, a small living room with a free-standing donkey fireplace, a kitchen with a Dover stove. There is a separate entrance sunny studio, office or second bedroom. Gas geyser. There is enough solar power for the fridge, lighting and charging your devices. Cottage is set next to an organic apricot orchard above the farm dam. The reason we do not allow pets is that we have so many bird species, lizards, geckos and small buck on the farm and they must be protected. Also, we have mountain leopards who might snack on your pet. This is an extremely safe, quiet and crime-free area. Two months rental deposit and two months notice to vacate required. Best to email.
