LIVE-IN MAINTENANCE / GARDENER / CLEANER
Location: Milnerton, Cape Town
Accommodation Included – Granny Flat

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our household and take care of the ongoing upkeep of our family home. This is a live-in role, ideally suited to someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and can manage a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks without constant supervision.

• Garden upkeep and landscaping support

• Pool cleaning and maintenance

• House cleaning (indoor & outdoor areas)

• General home maintenance and repairs

• Occasional painting and DIY tasks

• Identifying issues around the property and resolving them proactively

• Getting along well with our dogs and occasionally helping take care of them

• Experience in gardening, home maintenance, and cleaning

• Comfortable around dogs and able to assist with basic care when needed

• Practical, solution-oriented mindset

• Not shy to ask questions when unsure or needing clarity

• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently

• Good communication skills

• Must be able to live on the property full-time

• Private accommodation in a furnished granny flat

• Stable, long-term position with a supportive family environment
