Flatmate (only one/single) sought for a very nice complex in Windsor West, in the quietish cul-de-sac section of Countesses Avenue.

Furnished or unfurnished…price stays the same.

Small bedroom at R2700 per month.

Or Large bedroom at R3200 per month.

Must be: - male, employed, a non-drinker, pet friendly (cats and dogs), cannabis friendly, clean and neat. The bedrooms have a shared window so no sex. No overnight visitors.

Excludes: - Electricity, Wi-Fi, meals, laundry, garage, and maid service.

Month to month rental.

Security deposit R2000 to be paid upon agreement to rent. R2700 or R3200 monthly rent payable up-front before moving in, and in advance 1st of each month. R500 electricity payable up-front, and works on a pre-paid basis. I.e. R5200 or R5700 needed, depending on which bedroom you want, before moving in.

I am male, 56, mostly quiet, non-drinker, white South African but have no race preference, tend to keep to myself, hetero, and run a few small businesses from home.
