Looking for a permanently employed professional to share an apartment with. The complex is near churches, schools, Clearwater mall and in the midst of Strubensvalley, Wilgeheuwel, Allen’s nek and surrounding areas. There are many restaurants and entertainment around. Public transport is easily accessible.

Preferably a single occupant who respects themselves and others, who is neat and tidy and would not be throwing parties. I would really prefer someone who studies part time.

Rent is R3500 and includes water and electricity.

Deposit of R1500 is needed and will be refunded when you move out.

We will share common areas (kitchen, lounge, patio and bathroom).
