Accommodation wanted in Cape Town for single young man

Hello there prospective renters. I’m seeking a long term apartment in Cape Town. In say De Waterkant, Gardens or Greenpoint. Somewhere central so the travel is kept to a minimum; and so I can walk, and explore this wondrous city.I’m open to other areas, within reason. But the more central, the better. I’m a neat and tidy individual. Prefer quiet nights in during the winter, and the outdoors in summer (and will do a lot of socialising “out”; as I’ll be new to the area as a resident). I’m a half-English South African, sociable, personable, and polite. I keep a neat place and will respect your home like it’s mine (as it will be, temporarily).
