Guests can sunbath on our pool deck and have a dip in the pool on a lazy day.

The house also has a large kitchen with a gas/electric
stove and an office space.

The owners’ apartment has a living and dining room; two large bedrooms with high ceilings and a bathroom. Along with the double garage, there is an outbuilding with workers’ quarters, a laundry room and a multi-purpose room.

Visitors from all over the world are attracted to the laid-back atmosphere on the South Coast.
Activities nearby include diving sites, golfing, horse riding, Oribi Gorge and Lake Eland Game Reserve or just walk for miles on our beaches.

Are you tired of the rat race in the city? Do you want to make this relaxed feeling permanent and work from home? Then this beautiful and well-established guesthouse is perfect for you!

Our clientele are around 50% overseas guests and 50% from the African market but mainly South Africans.

The Beach Lodge is a CC and could therefore be handed over quickly.

Room rates per night: From R 750 single up to 1500 for 2 per person per night sharing
Occupancy: 51% p.a.

All personal expenses are also included in the turnover.

One can also do some more work on the side, Lunch, Dinners, Bar, Shop, Spa,Yoga, to maximize the revenue.
