I'm looking for someone (one person) to share my 2 bedroom flat. Sharing all expenses at 50% each. Must be a non smoker and of sober habits.
My flat is on the 16th floor, providing awesome views and excellent security. We have 200 CCTV cameras situated everywhere in the building. We also have a Security Guard on duty. All modes of public transport are within 10 minutes walking distance. Street side parking available.
Facilities include a swimming pool and braai area, DSTV, a 50 Inch Flat screen TV. We also have uncapped high speed fiber optic WIFI available.
The flat is fully furnished, including a double bed, bic's, a cabinet, and TV plus DVD player in the room available. The suitable Flat Share Tenant will have full use of all my household appliances & furniture.
