We have more than 10 year of experience working with studying students and know what is important. ATTENTION, one rooms has already been taken by female student, we would prefer a female student to take the other room. However we do not discourage males to apply.
Fully fitted kitchen including cutlery with large
fringe, washing machine, four hot plates stove including oven, microwave &
fully tiled rooms, bathroom toilet with shower.
Each room includes single beds,
large study desk & chair, bedding(new bedding), cupboards and is separate and
private. The larger room has a small outdoor porch, and the kitchen
has a large porch with full safety gates for that extra
secure feeling.
The entire property is surrounded
with electric fence and 24/7 video surveillance includes two people friendly watch dogs.
Rooms are both R4000, includes
WIFI, and R300 monthly electricity. Booking fee

We accept NFSAS bursary!
Until we have written proof that you received the accommodation
bursary from the university or collage, you have to pay
for rent yourself. We will refund without any problem upon receiving the last NFSAS
accommodation funding payments usually these payments are schedule
in July and November 2021.
We also support parents who makes
banking loans to pay for accommodation by supply them with a 1-year
accommodation contract but in this case, we only expect the full years payment
when loan is approved. We had bad experience in the past, so this is why we include
this condition with no exceptions.
We also take on monthly
payment from students or their parents.
Please
