The lounge/dining room is open plan. The one bedroom has a built in cupboard. The kitchen has a five plate gas stove with ample working tops, drawers and cupboards. Under the double basin scullery is place for a dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.

OUTSIDE

A small patio to have a gas braai or just sit and enjoy the fresh air whilst reading a magazine or book. The communal braai and washing line is for the six Tenant's residing there. There is only one shade net covered parking for each Tenant, but an open parking is available outside the lockable gate for visitors.

Water is included in the rent. The pre-paid electricity is for the Tenant's account. NO PETS or CHILDREN are allowed. The Tenant must provide his/her own gas bottle for the gas stove and gas geyser.
