2 bed flatlet to rent. It has been subdivided from the main house with a sound proof door and private entrance. Water and electricity included but should be used sparingly. With regrets no pets. Prefer a single or working class couple - both parties should be working! Sober habits and preferably non smokers. Quiet living. Rental must be paid 25th of each month - not negotiable. One month deposit upfront and one month rental upfront.
