There is 1 bedroom with a queen bed. There is a single bed on the small enclosed balcony and a sleeper couch in the lounge. Bedding and bath towels are supplied. The beach is a few metres away, right across the road. The flat is conveniently situated in walking distance from many local shops and restaurants. The Somerset Mall and wine routes are a short drive away. There is a garage.
Basic TV and a dvd player are included. For monthly tenants, electricity and DSTV are for your own account. Uncapped wi -fi is included.
Low season rates are R1000 per night for 2 people. There is a small charge for additional guests. The high season rates (December, January) are from R1500 – R1800 per night for 2 people. There is a Refundable breakage/ cleaning deposit of R1000.
