A generous selection of storing containers for groceries and finished meals is at hand. The usual (brand-new) amenities (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave) are on location next to a fridge/freezer combination and a proper electric stove with four fields and oven. The lounge features a dining table, a sofa and chair combination round a low coffee table and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Furthermore, a desk for office and study work faces the large front window. Uncapped high-speed wireless ADSL (10 MBps) in all rooms as well as a Netflix Premium account provided.At the front of the townhouse, a private furnished stoep with a brick-built braai allows for enjoyable "Kook en Kuier" with friends on warm evenings adjacent to the small garden area. Washing machine as well as clothes lines for drying are available. The townhouse comes with two dedicated parking bays inside the gated and fenced complex.
