The guest room is nestled in the serene Welgelegen neighbourhood of Cape Town's Northern Suburbs, conveniently located near various shopping centres with different shops, pharmacies, laundromats and restaurants and is ideally located within close proximity to Panorama MediClinic. It is a fully furnished, self-catering unit located on the owner’s property in Welgelegen, attached to the main house but with a separate entrance. Parking for a single vehicle is provided on the driveway. Water is included and electricity usage will be invoiced.

Access to the unit:
The tenant has access to a locked wooden gate entrance to the apartment.

Bedroom:
The bedroom has a single bed and we provide all bedding (if preferred).

Kitchenette:
The kitchenette is equipped for heat-and-eat and also contains a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery, and a Snappy chef induction hot plate.

Bathroom:
The room has a stylish, private on-suite bathroom fitted with a refreshing shower, washbasin and toilet. To enhance your stay, we provide all the necessary linen and plush bath towels (if preferred).

Pets:
There is a dog on the premises and also many different garden birds. Thus, no other pets allowed.
