Price for The Annex 2x en-suite bedrooms (both Queen size beds): 2 adults sharing @ R 15000 a month, 3 - 4 adults sharing R 16500 a month, additional 2 more rooms sharing a bathroom @ R 3500 per additional room per month.

Rate includes water, electricity, uncapped wifi, full package DStv, servicing / cleaning included 1x per week, secure on-site parking, outdoor braai and more!

A pristine, private 39 hectare estate, perched high up on the mountain with the Kaaimans Waterfall in the gorge below. Enjoy a tranquil stay surrounded by breathtaking mountain and sea views.

The estate is rich in birdlife and indigenous fauna & flora (including an abundance of South Africa’s National Protea flower with Knysna Loerie visiting almost daily), with a backdrop of the Outeniqua Mountain range & Indian Ocean.

Wilderness and Victoria Bay are a 5 minute drive, as is the Garden Route Mall.

Two en-suite bedrooms and an additional two bedrooms sharing a full bathroom, accommodating up to eight people in absolute comfort. Fully equipped kitchen with counter dining, spacious lounge with comfortable couches and wall mounted flat screen TV, outdoor dining table with full mountain and garden views and outdoor BBQ/Braai area for guest enjoyment.

There is ample safe & secure on-site parking. Access is via a remote controlled gate.

Regret no pets as owners live on-site with their pets.
