The large balcony overlooks the canal and is a great place to sit and have your early morning coffee or sip cocktails as the sun sets and watch the canal cruise and paddlers go by.
There is a communal infinity pool which overlooks the canal and has an outdoor and indoor seating area to sit and relax.
Restaurants, bars and a café are located within the precinct and are great places to meet friends and business associates or get a relaxing meal after a long flight or day of adventure.
The Cape Town stadium is a 2km stroll away.
Other things to note
The Sight Seeing canal cruise stops right outside the café and travels from the CTICC to the Waterfront Hub and Watershed market which is full of handmade African crafts and eateries.
Battery Park with its cafes, skate boarding park, roller blade rink, basketball courts and lush mowed lawns is a fun place to go or to relax and is less than a 5-minute walk along the canal from the apartment. Here you can also hire a standup board and paddle along the canal at your leisure.
The Ceres Rail Company train operates most weekends from the Canal Café to Elgin wine region for day trips to the Elgin Valley and market.
Nearby attractions within walking distance, besides the V & A Waterfront, include the Two Oceans Aquarium, the Wheel of Excellence, the Robben Island Gateway terminal and the
