Artist's Retreat cottage in Barrydale: Feb - March 2019  

This classic, furnished Karoo cottage in Barrydale is ideally suited to a person wanting a few weeks of quiet time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in the city. It is a one bedroom free standing cottage with traditional sash windows and stoep . It is well insulated, cool in summer and cosy in winter with an indoor fireplace. Twin beds make it suitable for singles, couples or sharing. The separate bedroom leads onto the living area, and small bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. The sheltered, private veranda looks onto a small olive grove. The kitchen has 2 gas plates, a small oven, electric fridge, kettle and kitchen utensils. A washing machine is available for use. Off-street, undercover parking is included in an enclosed, private yard with a garden. We would like short to medium term rentals. The person/s should be non-smokers who will look after the property.

The cottage is available for February and March 2018. It has been booked from April to December 2018.
