I have a garden flat for rent on my premises in Shelley Street, Windsor Park, Kraaifontein, Western Cape. It is walking distance from Kraaifontein CBD and Cape Gate and other amenities.This unit consist of a living room (kitchen and bedroom combined) which is the size of a typical single garage with a separate bathroom with a gas operated shower, toilet and basin (gas is supplied by the tennant). The flat has a separate front and back entrance.Parking is available for one vehicle behind a palisade fence but not under cover.
