House Share/Commune in Kloof, to suit nature lovers! Large property, bordering nature reserve, with streams on two of the boundaries. Short term and longer. Weekly rental R2100 for 1 person.Running as a BnB atm, but now aiming for longer-term guests. Minimum stay is a week. No maximum.If you like the outdoors, this place is for you! Large garden, lots of big trees, and streams on two of the boundaries! Nature reserve just across the one stream, and a waterfall 400m up the valley (in the reserve). It is a stunning environment, and many guests who have come to stay have been reluctant to leave - the place has that effect!As for the accommodation, it is no-frills. Bathrooms are shared - but there are 3 bathrooms for 5 guest rooms, so there's no shortage. Two separate toilets.Rooms are partially furnished - a bed, bedside table and lamp, and another small table. Most rooms will have space for extra furniture, or else I can store your furniture under cover (not inside) free (if there's not a lot), or else at a nominal rental. Bedding supplied if required. Plenty of off-street parking, and property is inside an electric fence.There is a communal lounge, with a fireplace, and dining room. There is no TV in the communal areas, but if you bring your own TV, and need a satellite feed I can provide it. Otherwise there's WiFi everywhere. WiFi, electricity and water all included. Rechargeable bulbs in rooms and the communal areas, and a UPS on the WiFi.I can accept children, but please, no younger than 6! And they MUST be waterproofed! My pool is completely unprotected.I'm happy to accept dogs, as long as they get on with my dog. I'm also happy to accept cats. My cat will be moving out at the end of June.One of my existing guests is providing dinner 5 nights a week, to 5 of us in total. If you want to join the arrangement, we can talk. Otherwise there is a kitchen (being renovated soon) and you can do your own cooking.Unlike a normal long-term rental, this can be rented weekly, and only needs a week's notice. It still is, in effect, a guest house. There is a small discount for paying monthly. Rent is R2100 per week for 1 person, R2500 per week for 2 people. More people is negotiable.Since this is effectively a commune, I reserve the right to accept new guests or not, and to ask guests who are not fitting in with the house's ethos, or who disturb me or the other guests, to leave.If you like greenery, and feeling like you're in the bush, you must come and look!
