Good day im a 38 year old Single Father with a 13 year old son looking for a 2 bedroom flat to rent in Southern Suburbs prefably Kenilworth,Claremont, Rondebosch, Mowbray, Wynberg upper... Im self employed and can afford up to R10 000 pm.Flat must have BIC and be fibre ready,im also looking to get a kitten at a later stage but only if allowed! its the first time im renting so no references unfortunately,however i am open to sign any sort of agreement between myself and owner,and also open to a rent to purchase option and looking for a 1 year lease (renewable) and can pay few months upfront(upon occupation) if you're willing to negotiate a good deal!
I would also consider a seperate entrance if its literally seperate and i dont use the same yard or have to ask permission to braai or park etc im naturally introverted and quiet but would also like freedom to have people over etc...Im Open to other areas as well... looking to occupy 20 september 2024 no later
