Sleepovers are allowed but not for more than 3 days a week. Visitors sign in.
The kitchen comes with a fridge, washer, microwave, and built in cupboards. The bathroom is large with a shower and bathtub. A cleaning service for the entire apartment is provided once a week. The lease is for a minimum of six months, with a two months deposit (which can be paid over two months) that is, before occupancy, you must pay:

Wayer and wifi are included electricity is prepaid, bought collectively at the beginning of the month, and topped up when it runs out.
