Fully furnished modern student house in safe quiet area with rooms available to rent. Each room is equipped with a bed, side bed cupboard, wardrobe, and a mirror. The house has UNCAPPED WIFI, DSTV and a lounge. Big yard with washing machine and hanging space for laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and a built-in stove. Full-time or part time students welcome and Interns or young working people under the age of 25 with sober habits will be considered. It is a 2-minute walk to public transport. The house is close to Erica Square, it is a 8 minute walk to UWC and CPUT and a 10 minute walk to Northlink College Belhar Campus. Price includes water and electricity: Single room: R3500 per person per month with a refundable deposit of R1800 Sharing room: R2400 per person per month with a refundable deposit of R1200 All you need to bring is clothes, bedding, food and cutlery and crockery.
