Zuko Maja was born and raised in Eastern cape at a small town called Butterworth, I’m young energetic, self-motived with high self-esteem and big ambitions in in life . enthusiastic, passionate  who has the ability to grow with a job, handle responsibility and build positive relationships with work colleagues at all levels . I love working in the kitchen,I talk,I sleep,I walk-in dream about food all the way as a result I am always curious about what’s trending in culinary industry.  I have worked in professional kitchens like catering company, holiday resort and 5 star hotel, hotel and casino, fine dining restaurant, steakhouse restaurant as well as S.A cuisine establishment. I have a proven record of being crowned as a cook-off winner during Ballito pro music festival cook-off competition 2017 and also Umhlanga Hirch's Webber Braai cook off competition winner 2017 in Kzn.   My present employer is very satisfied with my work rate, and I am confident that I can bring the same level of high performance to your establishment . I am holding a National Diploma in Hospitality and Cookery as well as Certificate of Hospitality and Cookery .  I am someone who knows how to set goals and achieve them, and have a proven track record of being able to conceive, develop & execute strategies.
