**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and check-in/check-out guests with professionalism and warmth

- Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest requests efficiently using Nightsbridge or your PMS of choice

- Handle guest inquiries and provide local recommendations

- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth front desk operations

- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction

**Qualifications: **

- Proven experience in a hotel front desk or similar role

- Proficiency with Nights bridge or any other PMS software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
