Senior Sous Chef
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our Five Star establishment. Must have fine dining, banqueting, a-la carte and special dietary requirement experience. Minimum Essential Requirements: • Matric • Culinary Diploma/Degree (4 years' accreditation by a recognised Culinary School/Institution a bonus) • Minimum of 3 to 5 years' Culinary experience • Willing to "live-in" on premises for 21 days on and 7 days off.
