The complex is secure with fencing, gates and walls. Gas hob and re-chargeable lights provided. This unit sleeps 8, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all linen provided, please bring your own towels and beach towels. All bedrooms have large built-in cupboards and ceiling fans.
Inside the unit: Ground floor: open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen, with a guest loo on the landing. The bottom floor opens up onto a large, partially covered veranda with furniture and easy access to the pool. The kitchen is well equipped, all cutlery and crockery provided, and it has a microwave, hob and eye level oven, chest freezer and fridge/freezer, washing machine. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Suitable for 4 adults and 4 children, under 12. Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with 2x single beds and Bedroom 3 with 2 bunk beds. Bathroom 1 with basin, bath and shower. Bathroom 2 with shower, basin and toilet. Situated across the road from a public park which might be noisy from time to time.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus†family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charged, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 14 nights.
Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 10 nights, these 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
