The house has no internal steps. There is a sea view from the flatlet.The pool has a safety cover. There is a charcoal braai,with large dining tables for indoor or out door meals. DSTV is provided. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided. The property has a resident caretaker . It offers one lock-up garage, a covered carport for 2 cars,and open parking within the property for more cars. There is a Pool table in the second garage.The house is well secured, fully walled and gated, burglar guarded and with beams and armed response.

In the house you will find a spacious open plan living area consisting of lounge, dining room and kitchen. Kitchen: microwave, oven, glass hob, dishwasher, 2x fridge/freezer combinations and all cutlery and crockery. Laundry: washing machine and tumble dryer. MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: Out of season: 3 nights. Mid-season: 3 – 5 nights. In-season: 4 to 7 nights. Peak season: A minimum of 14 nights during the peak time if you include Christmas and New Year. Alternatively: 10 nights leaving by the 27/12 OR 10 nights starting/arriving from the 28th or 29/12. Lesser stays before and after this period (minimum of 7 nights) will be considered once primary bookings are secured. NOTE: ALL bookings are subject to owners approval.
