The house is in good condition and offers an active DSTV card, excellent security, fully fenced, gated, beams and armed response. Paddy’s Place has a spacious living area which opens onto an undercover deck for out door breakfasts, a large kitchen and sculler. The Kitchen is well equipped with Hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine and everything else you need. There are 4 bedrooms and a loft in the house serviced by 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor flat for teenagers with an en-suite shower, toilet and basin. The house is not serviced, you can rent a maid from the local cleaning agency, and please bring your towels and beach towels, all bed linen supplied. There is one small garage and undercover parking for a second, there is parking space within the property for at least 3 more cars. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, built-in cupboards and hangers are provided. There is a Weber and outdoor built-in braai. There is no pool. The house sleeps max 9 Adults and 4 children.(Total 13) The bedrooms are laid out as follows: Inside the house are 4 bedrooms and a loft with the following: 1st Bedroom: 1 Double bed en-suite with a full bathroom, 2nd Bedroom: 2 Single beds, 3rd Bedroom: 2 Single beds, 4th Bedroom: 1 Single bed, Loft with 2 bunk beds, (sleeps 4 kids) and a family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin. Outside room with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: Out of season: 2 nights. Mid-season: 2 – 5 nights. In-season: 4 to 7 nights. Peak season: A minimum of 14 nights during the peak time if you include Christmas and New Year. Alternatively: 10 nights leaving by the 27/12 OR 10 nights starting/arriving any time from the 28th of Dec. Lesser stays before and after this period (minimum of 7 nights) will be considered on the primary bookings are secured.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off. Departure cleaning. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R1000, refundable if there are no breakages.
