The secure complex has 24-hour security and remote-controlled access, and has a covered parking bay. There is a shower at the gate leading to the beach where guests can rinse off the sand before returning to the apartment.

Please note that one under cover parking is available (Unit No5), and only one other open parking bay is provided as per Body Corporate rules (maximum 2 vehicles).

The Jolly Roger Pub and Restaurant, (which has a water slide and putt-putt facilities), the shopping mall and fast food restaurants are all within 200m from the complex.
