This beautiful Beach House is located in Hersham, very stylish and comfortable self-catering home with beautiful sea view.
Enjoy nature at its best, within walking distance of the beach, near the swimming beach in Southern Cross and the Groot Brak lagoon where kids love to swim. It is 5min drive from the town Grootbrak, where all the shops are situated and about 2km from De Dekke centre.
There are 4 bedrooms in this house, and a flatlet downstairs.
Main bedroom has a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom (Shower / basin and toilet) Built-in cupboards and a Stunning Sea view.
2 Bedrooms in the house has Double beds and built-in cupboards and the 4th bedroom has twin beds in.
2nd Bathroom has a corner bath / basin and toilet.
Bedding will be available, guests to only bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen and open living area is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, washing machine, dishwasher and all essential utensils, there is also a battery inverter, so you won't be left in the dark
Downstairs there is a flatlet, with a Double bed, single bed, small kitchenette, table with chairs, couch, television and bathroom (shower / toilet and basin) - opens up to the garden with a lovely sea view.
Braai on the deck or in die Garden.
DSTV and Wifi available.
The house and flatlet can comfortably sleep 10 people and is available for holiday rental December 2022. (10 days or more)
December / January - R5200 per day (minimum 10 days)
50% Deposit to confirm your booking. The other 50%, 2 weeks before arrival. We charge a R3000 breakage deposit and R950 outgoing cleaning fee.
