This house is about 1km from the beach and near to local shopping center in Fraai Uitsig and a Superette.

The house has three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen bed, tv and en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has a double bed, as well as a sleeper couch, and tv.

The third bedroom has 2 single beds.

Bedding will be available, guests to only bring their own bath and swimming towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine and counter with chairs, there is also a dinner table (all open plan).

The open plan kitchen goes directly to the braai room (built-in braai) and also has a picnic table.

The Living room has a tv with dstv and wifi available.
There is a double garage as well as a shadeport in front of the garage. House is fenced in front, but unfortunately no pets allowed.

This house is only available during the December and January school holidays.

House sleeps 6 people and only to be rented for 10 days or more.

December / January Holiday - R2200 per day (minimum 10 days)

50% deposit confirms booking and other 50% 2 weeks before arrival.

There will be a damage deposit payable on booking of R3000 and a R700 cleaning fee.

The damage deposit will be refunded after 7 days after departure.

This is truly a very nice house to come and relax after the hard year we have all been through
