Aqua Pearl no 9 is a newly built three bedroom self-catering apartment with two bathrooms and granite kitchen tops. This fully equipped luxury apartment has 180-degree sea views from the living room, main bedroom and two large doors open wide onto the big, covered balcony facing Uvongo.

There is a built-in gas braai on the patio to assure that a leisurely day at the beach is not all you're going to have to keep your holiday filled with fun and relaxation. The balcony also has an outside table and chairs if you feel like having dinner on the balcony.

The unit sleeps up to seven people and in the lounge is a fold-out sleeper couch. There is also a flat-screen TV, a DVD and a CD player, and a DStv decoder but guests need to bring their own smartcard. If you possess the latest decoder, you will need to bring your entire decoder along. The open-plan dining room is furnished with a table and chairs, and the fully equipped kitchen has a microwave oven, a large fridge/ freezer, and a washing machine.

The apartment's main bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second and third bedroom have the option of either two singles or another queen-size bed, making it the ideal venue for two families holidaying together. The en-suite bathroom features a stylish corner bath.

The built-in closets make it easy to store all of your holiday clothing and possessions while you're on holiday. Linen is provided but please bring your own towels and beach towels.

Other facilities include a lock-up garage, a security system, and the complex has a charcoal braai area, a kids' play area, and a sparkling pool. Our magnificent bathing beach and all the basic holiday shopping amenities are within strolling distance.

The airport is only ten kilometres away and the popular Lucian beach is less than 500 m away, Manaba beach is within walking distance, Margate main beach is a 15-minute walk on the beach, and Shelley Beach, which is a 15-minute drive, offers two shopping centres as well as a cinema. During high season Margate main beach has many activities to entertain everyone. Margate and Ramsgate also offer numerous restaurants and coffee shops. There is much to explore and nothing is too far to drive to!

Please kindly note that smoking is not permitted in the apartment but a big patio is available for this.

Pets are not allowed on the property.

The apartment has cleaning services available for guests at an extra cost; enquiry regarding this can be made with the apartment supervisor. There is a laundromat situated on Manaba Road, less than 500 m away.
