It comfortably sleeps eight guests in three upstairs bedrooms - two with queen sized beds and the third with two pairs of bunk beds. There is also a cot for guests with babies. All the bedrooms have sliding shutters over the windows, allowing the sea breeze in while keeping you secure and blocked from the sun rising over the ocean. The main bedroom has a small balcony and an en-suite washroom with a bath, and there is a second washroom with a shower, plus a guest loo downstairs. The unit offers spacious living areas downstairs with a large, fully equipped modern kitchen (including dishwasher) overlooking a granite breakfast counter to a eight seater dining room and a generous covered sunny patio with built in braai. A separate lounge is comfortably appointed with leather furniture and flat screen television with DSTV (limited channels) and DVD player. The townhouse has a lock up garage and parking in front of the unit for an additional car and trailer. The complex is well secured, with electric gates and fences and seasonal patrolling guards. All linen is provided for the eight beds but please bring your own bathroom and beach towels. The DSTV selection can be upgraded by bringing your own, or by hiring, a full bouquet decoder. The unit is not serviced unless by arrangement.
