Our fully furnished luxurious holiday home is situated on
the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast seafront, overlooking Margate’s main Blue Flag
swimming beach. You can enjoy Breath-taking, Panoramic Sea views and be close
to protected beaches, tidal swimming pools, popular fishing spots, shopping centers,
restaurants and nature reserves. From our spacious enclosed patio you will see
schools of whales and dolphins.
Around June to July you will be able to watch "The
Greatest Shoal on Earth", the annual sardine run whether you are swimming,
having a braai or just relaxing in the house.
The House is fully equipped for 10 people. Consisting of 3
bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathrooms, the main bedroom has a king
size bed with a 74cm TV, DVD player and DSTV. The second bedroom has a
queen sized bed with a 74cm TV and DSTV. The third bedroom has three single
beds and all 3 bedrooms have modern turbo fans.
A professional alarm system linked to the control room for
your security is provided. A 102cm full HD TV with DSTV and home theater
DVD player are located in the lounge, which has comfortable leather couches.
The modern kitchen with granite counters is fully equipped
including all cutlery and crockery, a double door fridge/freezer, microwave,
toasted sandwich-maker, toaster and kettle. The washing machine and dishwasher
are situated in the laundry room.
The front room has
large windows so you can enjoy uninterrupted sea views, and is equipped with a
double and single bed. A personal laundry and cleaning service are available
for guests on request. The Garden is fully enclosed and secure for large and
small dogs to run around, play and enjoy their holiday as much as their human
parents, garden furniture as well as a built-in-braai are available for your
use.
The swimming pool with martini seats is located in the front
garden near the braai area. A single lock up garage is provided plus additional
secure parking for 2 cars.
Items you should remember to bring to make your stay more
comfortable include: towels (bed linen for 10 people is provided); charcoal;
and of course, foodstuff. Shopping complexes, beaches and restaurants are only
minutes away and cater for your every need to ensure your holiday is complete.

The Stafford Place complex with communal swimming pool is conveniently located in Uvongo, just a quick walk from a selection of restaurants, pubs and shopping, and just a stone's throw away from the sea and the fantastic Uvongo beach, lagoon and waterfall. With an upstairs loft lounge and spacious covered balcony this unit offers an abundance of living and entertaining space and some sea views. It comfortably sleeps six to eight guests in two bedrooms (main with a double bed, second bedroom with two singles, and two sleeper couches in the lounge for kids) and there is one full bathroom with bath and shower.The kitchen is fully equipped (including washing machine and dishwasher) and is open plan to a chandeliered modern dining area leading to a cocktail balcony.
