The small, well-run complex is secure with constant supervision, and has a good security record. Guests have access to a lock-up garage, as well as limited guest parking. All guests are requested to use their allotted garage to avoid congestion in the parking area. The apartment is serviced 6 days a week, excluding public holidays, this does not include washing of dishes. Guests are required to bring their own beach towels, and pets are not permitted. We ask guests not to smoke inside the unit.
