Description
Position: OPERATIONS CONSULTANT
Inherent requirements: • Matric
• 1 to 2 years’ experience within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry or in a similar role
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Preferred requirements & skills: • Relationship building skills
• People skills



Responsibility:
• Provide switchboard relief for the receptionist until they arrive for their shift
• Check the on-call report and respond to vacancies created
• Ensure on call staff are placed in vacancies created
• Update all staff’s details and status on Med Zone/ Nims
• Update all staff’s availability on Med Zone/ Nims
• Fill shifts received as soon as the client has made the request
• Confirm booked shifts with the relevant staff
• Email client to inform of the staff member you have recruited to fill the position
• Manage all shift cancellations by sourcing replacements as soon as possible
• Notify the client of the cancellation and replacement of their initial candidate
• Manage all client complaints which have been lodged
• Follow up on the calibre of candidates we have supplied the client with
