Position Requirements

We are seeking an experienced receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have:

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a dental practice
• Knowledge of medical aid procedures and claims related to dental treatments
• Professional and presentable appearance
• Non-smoker
• Own reliable transport
• Residing in Helderberg area

Personal Qualities:

• Strong team player mentality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Ability to work well in a structured environment

Responsibilities

• Front desk reception duties
• Patient scheduling and management
• Handling medical aid queries and claims
• General administrative support
• Contributing to our team-oriented practice culture
