Theatre Trained RN

Our client, a leader in the private healthcare industry, is urgently looking for an experienced Theatre Trained Nurse to join their team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering high-quality healthcare and support to patients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience within this specific industry.


Responsibility:
You will be responsible for the following: Provide nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in the operating theatre Competently administering Intravenous and Intramuscular medication Ensure that health care is provided to all patients according to company policies, procedures, and standards Plan, organize and ensure control of all activities within the framework of the position and that staff adheres to the companies' policies, procedures and standards Ensure that skills development plans are in place for staff and continuous training is provided according to the need Ensure that all quality standards and control measures are known and that it is adhered to Qualifications: Diploma in Nursing Registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse Registered Nurse with experience with the Operating Theatre 2 years of experience in a private hospital setting Knowledge and practical experience of the professional requirements and procedures required as stipulated in the Scope of Practice of the South African Nursing Council Flexible in working hours/Shifts Skills: Good communication skills and able to work well with a diverse team Problem-solving, analysis and judgement Resilience Engaging diversity Verbal & written communication and presentation Drive & energy Excellence orientation Ethical behaviour Customer responsiveness Organisational awareness If you are interested in this opportunity, apply with your most recent resume & supporting documents. Salary: RR35 000 - R33 000 Neg
