Our client, a managed care company based in Cape Town, is looking for a confident, professional, motivated and well-spoken individual to fill this vacancy. They has been a leader in dental managed-care services since the mid nineties. Their extensive experience in dental risk management combines with cutting-edge technology to offer a world-class service relevant to the South African market.
Job Purpose: The successful candidate will be responsible for the building and maintenance of sound relationships with all network dental providers, associations, societies as well as internal and external clients. To ensure point of contact query resolution, while ensuring that out of scope interactions are fully facilitated and managed through to resolution.

• Grade 12
• Related Tertiary Diploma / Degree (Qualified according to industry standards NQF level 5) advantageous
